The Neighborhood:
Location location location!

A fabulous beachl location from which you can enjoy all that Plymouth and the South Hams has to offer.

The focal point for many visiting the area, and this house is right by it... the South West Coast Path. So if you’re wanting to get out and explore, take your dogs out, go sea swimming or simply relax and take in the views and fresh air,, book this house quickly so you can all stay together and be literally a few minute’s walk away! Not to mention it's only a 10 minute ride from the centre.

Getting Around:
This superb house is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer by foot, and is moments walking from the Bovisands beach, Wembury, Jennycliff and a boat ride to the city centre from Mount Batten.

Because this property is so ideally located, not too far from the city but far enough to feel that you're away from the hustle and bustle, you needn't worry about parking arrangements. There is private parking for up to 3/4 vehicles across our private driveway that lets you park your vehicles with no added concerns. For the evenings, there are automatic floor lights which allows easy access to the house.

Other Things to Note:
*Check-in is between 3pm-10pm.

*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to each individual, health and safety.

*Paws On The Floor at all times please* We love having your furry friends to stay but we also want to ensure our furniture remains in top quality condition, thank you for your understanding.
*Pets are considered at an additional fee of £10 per pet per night please get in touch in advance if you plan to bring your pet with you.
*The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT
* For reservations outside Airbnb, we would require a damage deposit of £150 which will be invoiced to guests prior to check-in. This will cover any extra costs like undisclosed extra guests/pets, extra cleaning (deep cleaning) fees, etc. This will be refunded in full after check-out if no extra charges are incurred during your stay.

Trip to Coastguard Cottage
Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.

The location map on the website is incorrect so property not where we expected it to be. Only made aware of building site next door a week before the holiday. The house wasn’t clean to a good standard and had clearly been cleaned weeks before we arrived. Lots of spider webs and dead bugs needed to be cleaned up on our first day.
