Gentleman at front desk was beyond helpful and provided everything we needed for our night stay. He even helped us by providing information on how to get around at night. Pool and rooms are nice and clean.

If you are looking for great location for Polignano visit, secure parking and great continental breakfast and price-performance, this is the place. We wanted to stay 1 night but then stayed 3 days.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But I went to visit there late in the evening I couldn't find the entrance because I couldn't see the hotel sign. Users will feel uncomfortable in the dark.

Disappointing stay
Despite looking nice from the outside, the rooms & services are very disappointing. Nothing of what you would expect in a 4* hotel (for the price you are paying) is provided (slippers, coffee machine, enough water etc…). There was a bad smell from sewage in the bathroom and the AC was very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
