Breakfast buffet needed more help and keeping up with items that were out to long and replacing foods. We went to Breakfast at 9, no scrambled eggs, no sausage links, potatoe wedges soft and stuck together, no cups for juice, no waffles, items were cold. .

The people and the location are great Unfortunately walls are thin and could hear the casino games all night l. Multiple Cars reving their engines late into the night 2am & 8am and vaccum cleaners in other rooms

AC at 18C & locked. Only change to 20C. Too COLD!!
The hotel and its employees were great. The issue I had was the temp of the room was at 18C/64F. I called and no one came to change it. I went downstairs to the front desk and I person came. He indicated to me that the highest he can program the room temp was 20C/68F. I told him this was still to cold. He told me that he could not raise it more due to rules because then issues would arise of condensation. This situation made my night very uncomfortable. That is too cold, 68F/20C for me. I will no return with these types of rules on regulating the room temperature of my room which I pay to have a pleasant night of sleep at a room temperature that I decide.
