Strategically located in the center of the city of Ponce, this Apartment / Studio allows you to enjoy the Colonial Architecture of the Area and all the active daily and nightlife of the city.

This Elegant Apartment is fully equipped and furnished, has two rooms with a Queen Size bed each (2 people p / bed), a loft with a Queen Size Bed (2 people) and a Futon Twin Size (1 people) + a Sofa Bed (2 people), which allows you to easily accommodate 9 people (additional charge applies to 4 people) in this apartment. It also includes sheets, covers, friezes, and pillows.

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 noon. If early check-in or late check-out is required, it will be an additional cost of $ 25.00 per hour. These requests will be subject to availability.

Your kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots, and table.

The bathroom is with shower, hot water service, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap, and shower cap.

Includes among others: Smart TV and Roku system, WiFi, board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, closet with slats, cleaning items such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.

Parking is based on availability in front of the same building. In addition, we have an agreement for parking 24 hours a day, in a private parking lot in the block after the building, for an additional charge of US $ 10 P / night. To reserve this private parking, please contact us before 5:00 PM.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

The Executive Order of Puerto Rico in force, to safeguard the health of our guests and work personnel, entered into force on August 16 and will continue from August 23 onwards.

This new executive order requires proof of the certification (card) of vaccines against COVID -19.
Or evidence of a Negative COVID-19 test of 72 hours or less on the day of your check-in.

It was found through a traveler statement that the guest will be responsible for filling out as part of their "check in"

The law establishes that people who do not comply would be exposed to fines of up to 6 months in jail or a fine not to exceed $ 5000, or both at the discretion of the Court.

That is why our guests commit and agree that once their reservation is formalized, they will send said evidence.
Failure to comply with this new order will lead to the termination of the reservation and will not entail any type of refund.

The use of masks and social distancing in the surroundings and common areas of the facilities will be required.

Not bad for our first stay
The penthouse complex was decent, but we were all a little upset with the amount of beds since it was stated that there were 5 beds but it was 3 beds and a sofa bed. The electric stove was more or less easy to use but we had no wiping rags for the dishes & silverware, the shower's floor was a little hollow but not broken. Overall, not bad for our first stay but next time we hope to stay in better conditions.
