Ideally located between Pont Aven, the City of Painters (2 kms), Concarneau and its closed city (12 kms) and the many beaches of Névez (9 kms) where all water activities are proposed, this charming house of the years 1960 renovated in 2005 is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
It can accommodate between 10 and 12 people with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor: kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates + gas, fridge / freezer) open a large dining room, 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer, second refrigerator, 1 toilet and 1 walk-in shower.

1st floor: 1 large living room with flat screen TV + reading area / game room with bench / single bed, 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 WC and 1 shower room with walk-in shower and hydromassage)

On the 2nd floor: 4 large bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 child bedroom with 2 beds and possibility of another 2 beds on the floor), 1 bathroom. An umbrella bed can also be provided at no extra cost.

Outside, a large terrace closed by a veranda that can accommodate 10/12 people for a meal, barbecue (charcoal) available.

The whole on a sported and closed garden of approximately 700m ² having a wooden hut for the smallest.

Possibility to park up to 3 cars on the property.

Cleaning fee 90 euros (mandatory).

Provision of sheets and towels optional (10 euros per bed and 2 euros / towel).

In season and during school holidays, weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.

Summer vacation
Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, idéale pour plusieurs familles. Très bien située, environnement sympathique, balades, plages, commerces à proximité. Petit bémol, pas de toilette au dernier et ramassage de poubelle qu'une fois par semaine, quand on est nombreux c'est un peu handicapant. Maison à conseiller et revenir.

Une jolie maison
La maison est tres agreable et spacieuse. Le seul point faible est la departementale qui longe la maison mais malgré cela nous n avons pas ete génés par le bruit des voitures la nuit. Par ailleurs, l ilot central de la cuisine est très collant et la petite cabane pour enfants dans le jardin un peu dangereuse avec ses volets cassés et des clous qui depassent.

Chacun trouve sa place dans cette grande maison et jardin bien agréable à vivre. Plan travail cuisine très collant malgré lessivage. 2 bémols : 1/la route très passagère pour les chambres de ce côté! 2/au niveau des poubelles car il faut les déposer à l'extérieur dans des containers cadenassés. Merci pour la Confiance Estelle à notre départ et sa gentillesse. Je recommande.

Une vraie maison de vacances pratique et fonctionnelle
Une fois oublié le bruit de la route qui peut se révéler vite contraignant la maison est pratique, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, elle permet de recevoir les jeunes enfants sans se soucier, la grande salle au rdc et la véranda offre des espaces conviviaux pour se restaurer et partager. La partie nuit est bien agencée, les 3 douches (baignoire) et 2 WC sont très pratiques Le jardin est de bonne taille pour ne pas trop chercher les enfants

Nous avons passé de bons moments dans la maison malgré une météo pas agréable. La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéalement située près de deux jolis villages et non loin des plages et de l'océan, ainsi que des grandes villes. Notre hôte est très réactif, et Estelle, la personne en charge de nous accueillir, très agréable. Petit bémol : la véranda est trop petite pour manger à 12. Coup de cœur pour les hortensias violets sublimes !!

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Maison très bien équipée et adaptée au nombre de personnes annoncées. Le logement est très bien situé (proche de Pont-Aven et de la voie rapide ce qui permet de pouvoir visiter les environs avec un accès facile). Très bon accueil par la personne chargée de la remise des clés.

das "fast" ist bedingt durch die Lage an der Strasse. Aber tagsüber wurden Ausflüge gemacht und nachts hielt sich der Strassenlärm in Grenzen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Umgebung von Pont Aven
Das Ferienhaus in der Umgebung von Pont Aven ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie. Wir haben hier 2 Wochen mit 10 Personen (7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) verbracht. Das Haus ist dafür ausreichend groß. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten, in dem wir jeden Tag (auch bei kälteren Temperaturen) draußen gegessen haben. Das Haus hat einen großen, gepflegten Garten. Leider liegt es an einer sehr viel befahrenen und lauten Straße. Zu Fuß kann man nur einen Bäcker erreichen. Für alles andere muss man das Auto nehmen und ein Stück fahren. Vielen Dank an Marie Claire für den herzlichen Empfang und die nette Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte spacieux. Nous avons bcp apprécié la véranda dans laquelle ns avons eu tous nos repas... Les enfants se sont bcp amusé dans le jardin et dans la cabane. La personne chargée de notre accueil a été des plus sympathiques, et très réactive .

Maison de vacances pour grandes familles idéalement située
Nous avons passé le week-end de pâques dans cette "petite" maison qui offre tout le confort. Marie-Claire est une personne charmante qui est à l'écoute de ses visiteurs. Elle accueille chaleureusement les vacanciers, ce qui leur permet de passer de merveilleux moments en famille. Nous étions douze et nous n'avons pas du tout manqué d'espace. N'hésitez pas à venir poser vos valises. Super séjour, super maison et surtout super ambiance.

Un gîte agréable
Sympathique accueil par Marie-Claire. Gîte bien équipé, confortable et bien situé. Cette maison est idéale pour une famille ou un groupe de 10 personnes. La pièce principale cuisine/salle à manger est vaste et conviviale. Le salon, à l'étage, permet de s'isoler si on le souhaite. La véranda donne un espace supplémentaire pour l'apéritif ou des jeux sans déranger le reste du groupe. La cabane dans le jardin est parfaite pour les enfants... Nous avons également apprécié le garage pour ranger les motos. Cette maison offre de belles prestations même s'il reste des tapisseries à refaire...
