The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL!
We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via hotels.com app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience.
No respect not good service .

Idiot clients infest this hotel.
Sofiane at the reception was as always helpful and polite. The hotel draws undesirable low lifes who are rude, stupid and noisy. Drank Arab idiots started their party in the room below. I had to go down and ask them to stop around 1 am so our baby son could sleep. I wonder why Muslims who are not allowed to drink, drugs and use prostitutes do this to down grade themselves and the hotel. The owner allows this rubbish unfortunately!
The receptionst at the first ask me to cancel my reservation and book from the disk but after nogatiations he called his manegar and fix thr booking .
The room and the club are close and the noise is high.

Room was never ready. Advertised as being available from noon. My flight landed at 10 and I was in the hotel by 11.30 the room was not ready until 3.30 Despite making several complaints, we were asked to wait at the reception. The reception was noisy and totally uninviting. The room as very badly finished, skirting missing, holes under sink. Undercounter fridge rusty and so dated. the furnishing is old style bed linen and towels are so old. The room was outside a very loud disco. Although the balcony overlooked the swimming pool but the loud music made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy it. The airconditioning worked at least but the curtain fell off the rail altogether and it took them over and hour to call someone to sort it which meant I was unable to switch the lights on and I remained in total darkness until maintenance arrive. the refitting was so badly done and one of the workers had to climb on the shoulders of his colleague to fit it back. Have they not heard of ladder?
the disco music was back on early in the morning, to start with with low volume music but by 10am it was loud and deafening.
Breakfast was plentiful and the lady who makes the fried doughnuts was lovely and helpful.
Overall not an exciting hotel very basic noisy dirty halls landings and stairs etc. terrible service. rooms runavailable for hours and definately not value for money.
I would not stay in this hotel again at any price

Had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work properly. Turns out they are all as bad! Made very loud noise with about no air (and certainly not cool air!) coming out. I don't think our room got below 28 degrees. The window curtains were not black-out, which didn't help. And breakfast was ok at best. I paid 40$, next time I'll pay more to get something nicer.
Worst service ever, stuff are mean to anything Arabic, they treat Arabic people very very bad, even though the majority are arabs, they act like we're staying for free because we're arabs

Good hotel but you will be frozen in November
We like the hotel and have stayed there often but the heating does not come on so it was very cold. When we asked the hotel to provide heating they explained that it was not time to switch on the heating and it was freezing.
My stay was comfortable and the room was fine after I changed room selection.
The hotel is very nice and has a wonderful swimming pool and a big exercise room.
The food wasn't very tasty except breakfast was ok.
Overall the hotel was nice and in a quiet area, however the reception desk isn't always helpful. A guest who wanted to change room selection was told that he needed to wait until next day and needs to do so before 10 am. Thus is absurd and unacceptable.
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this time, we had a clean room and good breakfast. No disturbance, we would definitely return there again. Good value for money and special thanks to Sofiane the manager at the desk - great guy!
Good hotel but many Arab guests reducing standards
Good hotel but too many Arabs staying some of whom returned to our adjacent room at 4 am with mobile alarm going off constantly. Food was good, service was ok, animator were friendly. I would stay again if there aren't any noisy guests.

Very few customers, low season
Great location, nice architecture. But the hotel was almost empty. Maybe 20 guests. Thus good price. The disco at the entrance is pretty cool and without entrance fee.
