Steps from the sand, this house has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. Completely remodeled with exquisite finishes including travertine and hard wood floors, granite countertops, and crown molding. You can lounge on an outdoor couch and see and hear the ocean from the luxury of home or you can walk a few steps to experience an unspoiled beach paradise. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs, including a huge master bedroom with en suite bath, french doors to backyard, skylights, and walk in closets. The kitchen, living room and wrap around deck are all upstairs with an ocean view which makes it perfect for entertaining.

If you use the propane tank in the fire table or barbeque current guests are responsible for refilling for the next guest that arrives. Guests are also responsible for cleaning the bbq grill after use. If grill is not cleaned there will be an additional $200 grill cleaning charge.

QUIET BEACH COTTAGE - MUST VISIT
Following the devastating Palisades Fire my neighbor and I needed a place to regroup and plan for our new future. We wanted to an area close to Los Angeles and the Beach which was quiet and out of any fire evacuation area for us and our two dogs. This was the perfect temp home for us. Quiet and met ever need we had. Neighbors were amazing and the beach (sand, jetty, and sea lions) was exactly what we wanted to make us feel at home. Loved walking the dogs around the neighborhood and on the beach. Local restaurants and shops were close and abundant. Home was quiet, enclosed yard, great bedrooms/bathrooms and plenty of seating and areas to lounge around. Sandra was the best....so generous and communicated well and even provided us with donated items from her local community as we had arrived with nothing (all was lost in the fires). Her kind soul touched our hearts and her friends willingly gave us clothes and more. We are forever grateful and appreciative of all she and they did to assist us in our time of need.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property as it is GEM and such a cute beach cottage/home and perfect for families. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot!!
We are two families of four with four teen/tween girls and we travel together often. We love a spot to hang out, chat and let the girls be silly and a bit independent-this house was perfect for that. It’s winter so we had to get cozy in the living room/kitchen but the girls took over the main bed room (a king bed plus two double pull outs and their own bathroom!) and we adults had our own space to relax. The deck is amazing and you can’t beat walking to the beach! Tons of fun beach toys and bikes that we will absolutely avail ourselves of next visit.

Perfect location
What as lovely home in a perfect location. The beach was so close and not busy. We lived walking the streets of the neighborhood and seeing the architecture and gardens. The people are very nice and a close knit community. You must try some of the taco trail establishments, they are wonderful. The upper level deck was our happy place.

I loved not only the location and house, but how many items are around for renters use - bikes, boogie boards, even kayaks. We actually didn't use any of these, but it clearly demonstrates the generosity of the homeowners who are dedicated to you having a great stay. Really nice location, quiet beautiful beach, and loads of sea lions only a few blocks away!

This is a fantastic situation!!
Kitchen and deck upstairs for gathering and views of the beach. Bedrooms downstairs so no carrying suitcases up the steps. Beautiful and COMFORTABLE lounge furniture and sofas in the house. That kind of feeling like your in your own home.

Silverstand beach house
We had an amazing time at the house. The highlight was how close the beach was. We could see and hear the ocean from the deck and it was less than a two minute walk away to access the beach. We also loved the natural light in the house and the backyard was great for us and our dog. Overall, we had a great time and our host, Sandra was such a delight. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July at this property! The outdoor spaces are wonderful as are the spacious bathrooms and well stocked kitchen! We easily walked to the beach and enjoyed a local golf cart parade, fireworks and local eateries as well! We absolutely loved our stay!

Very nice home that was super close to the beach. The beach was almost empty all 3 days of our stay. The home was very well stocked with everything except toilet paper (which was no biggie :). We loved it and will definitely stay again. OH yes, and the property manager allowed a late check out which was amazing!

Great Location
I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us.
