Check-in was easy and smooth. Both bar service and restaurant service was sadly lacking. Thought it was mercenary to charge guests for parking in the open.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. We had a health issue while staying and the staff could not have been better - organised a doctors appointment and were extremely attentive.

The pool area at this property was nice. The king bed was two twins pushed together which is fine however this either didn’t have a mattress topper or needs a new one as all bumps were felt in the middle of the bed making it uncomfortable

We booked 2 rooms. In 1 room the shower leaked badly and had low pressure. In the other room the hot water lasted about 30 seconds, then went cold.

Impressive entrance and ambiance but all down hill from then on, apart from the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared to be struggling and did not make it on many fronts such as: -our room had no pictures just picture hooks on the wall -there were coffee stains on the walls -the bathroom sink plug did not work -very noise (old) air conditioning service -decent coffee at breakfast was an extra charge -parking was extra and as everyone would have a car it should be in the room price as are beds, linen TV etc. -catering is very much like average pub food. Sorry, but it just does not rate.
