The property owner walked into our room without knocking twice with his key card. It was so awful and unprofessional. I complained and they basically laughed. I’d never ever stay there again and other should be aware of the pervert owner.

Nice stay, not a lot to pick from that is modern in Port Townsend. The buildings pictured on the website are not the only buildings that one can stay in. Other buildings are next door renovated store fronts, converted into hotel rooms and a motel like building at the end of the property. Again, nice place but not where you may stay when you arrive. Nice staff.

An old small room with a very small shower, no closet, and a rather loose door between me and a somewhat noisy road very close to the motel. But it does have a nice view of the bay. I would not stay there again

Our room had stunning views of the bay and ferry landing. Walking path along the shore line and easy walking into town. Large room, but not a separate closet for coats and clothes. Comfortable bed and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. And a deck with a bistro set to sit at as well. No daily room service available, but easy enough to request want was needed.

The location is great being downtown but the outside is outdated needing some love. They cancelled their breakfast. The water presure from the shower is extremely low. I know this may be due to save water but i think ends up wasting more water as people just take longer showers . The outside patio was great but water was falling on us from the deck above the whole time. Their greeting dog was awesome & the best thing about the hotel.

Excellent location, balcony opens to the water, doesn’t get any better. In room hot tub did not look clean, didn’t encourage anyone to use it even though that was why we chose this particular room type. Spider webs all over the ceiling.

When you book a regular room, you get sent a couple blocks down the road to what looks like a "renovated " motel. We were directed by a man who had absolutely NO personality and was not welcoming at all. Yes, the rooms face the ocean, but they are not high quality. We spent $200 on this room, which should have costs $75. Windows were dirty, shower base was very mismtched and uncomfortable on your feet. We fought with the heating system too. The microwave is sitting precariously ontop of the refrigerator, both were old. The bed seems comfortable and new. The furniture and flooring are new. But won't be staying here in the future.

I reserved a room that was supposed to be water side and was told that it was not the type of room I reserved so they asked if I would change to street side, which was fine, but they neglected to tell me that they had construction in front of the building so it was loud and inconvenient. I was told that my room would be ready at 4pm when check in was and when I arrived at 5:30pm I was told that my room was not ready so they again changed my room and the gentleman checking me in acted as though I was an inconvenience to him. My door in my bathroom was a pocket door and it did not shut properly, my sink did not drain properly and then the refrigerator froze everything no matter where it was. I informed the lady at check out of all of these things, but she already was acting annoyed with me because she had to hang up her phone from her gossip session. I have always loved to stay at this property but after this trip and how expensive it has gotten even with all the things wrong, including that there is no longer any breakfast, I will likely never stay with them again! Super sad.. because I am from the area and this place has historical significance... but one good thing.. the beds are very comfortable and they offer make up towels ... so there is that...

This is an awesome hotel. Right on the wayer, quiet, walkable to the main part of town. Gorgeous property. The room was spacious, clean and condortable. The best part of the stay was Jenni, my front desk associate at check in. She went above and beyond and gelped me have the best stay i could. Ill definitely be back
