HOLIDAY RETREAT is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday unit that accommodates up to 4 guests, only 1 street back from the front beach and around a 10 minute stroll to the main street.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, free standing electric stove, dining, living area with television, reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c also a front loader washing machine.

Small rear yard with outdoor setting, no BBQ.

Fish cleaning facility (shared), plenty of room for cars and boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away and excellent hotel dining facilities

Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - 2 x king single beds.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside.

No pets - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

We just wanted something small, tidy, 2 bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom. Didn’t need to be flashy, just comfy and homely. It suited our needs perfectly. Good hearing/cooling and fans supplied.
