Before booking I had called the property to confirm they had pool, and that it is open. I was told yes we do and it is open now. So I booked a room. Upon arrival we were met with a sign at the front desk that the pool was not open. Discussed this with the front desk, and was told it's almost done. Got to the room the key cards didn't work, had the walk down 2 flights of stairs to get another set of cards, finally worked. There were 4 huge stains on the carpet, thankfully bed was okay. We stayed as we were exhausted. Noticed later there was also mold on the ceiling by the shower, bathroom towels were not clean. Left to have breakfast next morning, came back, key cards didn't work again. Nightmare to day the least, I booked for the pool.i could've spent a little more and been at a location that had one open. Staff was very dismissive about everything. Front desk girl was always outside smoking. Would not recommend.

Someone came into our room through the sliding patio door and took some items of clothing and left the door open. Which we noticed right away in the morning. Scary but stuff happens. When I told the manager, he said that kind of thing doesn't happen there. Except it did. When I asked if he wanted a pic of the items stolen (we had been out with friends and pictures were taken), he said no. They were the clothes I wore into the hotel so I know they were in the room. Said he'd check the cameras and get back to me. Read me back my contact number to confirm. Haven't heard a peep. Guessing he never checked as he didn't even care to know what he was looking for. I don't blame the thief for needing clothes or even a kid for an inappropiate prank but the manager was altogether dismissive. Place was OK enough for the price but customer service was impolite and lousy on following up when they said they would.

Pool was closed and had to call the front desk to figure out how to turn the lights on, the bulbs had to be screwed in to turn on and unscrewed to turn off. "breakfast" was boxes of cereal and some muffins.

Bed was clean and the hotel was easy to get to. Outside the room there was garbage in the hallway and beer cans in the window sill and our window was cracked and was held together by tape. Had to put towels on the floor because of the dirty bathroom floor. No waffle maker or eggs just microwave sandwiches. And the workers have a smoke party outside in the morning.
