Maid service needs improvement
Stayed here many times before a flight. Beds are comfortable and price is reasonable when I just need a place to stay. However, nearly all the coffee and water cups in the room were in opened plastic and the shampoo, conditioner and lotion had been used. There was only 1 Kleenex in the box- The cleaning service appeared to take shortcuts. It made me wonder if they had washed the bed linens or just remade the bed

Comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Efficient, friendly shuttle service. Very little nearby in the way of restaurants or fast food for dinner. We did not have time for the complimentary breakfast but quick continental items were available before an early flight.

The person at the front desk had just started that day and there was no one around to help her. She was frustrated and the check in line kept getting longer Also the Wi-Fi asked for an activation code and the front desk had no idea of what that was I called for a wake up call and the didn’t call
