I thought by selecting this hotel I was selecting the other Courtyard that I stayed a previously, the picture is not of this Courtyard. They didn’t have free breakfast like the other Courtyard s nor did they have water in the room to make coffee. The area is very shading and told by many people not to go out after dark. Please do a better job with details if your properties. The room I had was a box with very dim lighting and it was a very outdated room. Not happy about the stay, from now in I will call and afk a ton of questions about the hotel. Update the outside of the property pictures as well.

Be prepared to pay $48/night for parking with Hotel. But the valet guy was so nice and told me that the bldg right in front of the hotel is cheaper by almost $15. and that was amazing!

The rates you charge for valet parking are friggin crazy. $48 for a regular sized vehicle and $65 for my long bed truck per day. I would never stay here again because of how I was ripped off for parking. Also your prices in the bar area for breakfast were insane especially since directly across the street at Grits and Gravy you can get a great breakfast for half the price.

In our 5 days stay, we never got any house keeping. We asked 3 days in a row, but no one showed up. Restaurants and to na closed always because of some private event. But no house keeping was a deal breaker.

Amazing hotel. Room was clean and well kept. All staff were very attentive and kind. The gym was great, very clean and quiet. The coffee is free in the morning, which is amazing. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Portland. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price of the parking. Basically $50 a day!

the carpeting in our room was ugly and appeared dirty. The AC was stuck on 77 degrees. We were offered another room but were checking out the next day so it wasn't worth the trouble to move. We were given a fan. Very expensive valet parking but we considered it necessary due to risky neighborhood. GPS unable to accurately locate the building causing stress upon arrival. Desk staff helpful in directing us to location.
