it’s a spring mattress so it is loud whenever you move around, and walls are thin. you can hear whenever someone is running in the hallway or if your neighbors are talking

It was hard to sleep. You can hear lots of activity in the middle of the night/early morning from doors opening/slamming, ice machines, and people talking. I'll bring ear plugs next time, since walls and doors seem to be thin. Other than that, there was nothing special that stood out. It was just fine, not bad

Our bed was creaking soooo loudly. Kept us up all night. I have fabulous video and sound to share. Bathroom door would NOT close unless slammed with all of one's might. Then you have you yank open. Again, keeping the other person up if going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Once again I have fabulous video and photos. Top of pump for the shampoo or soap was completely missing. How in the world did the cleaning staff not notice this. Breakfast: pitiful. Showed up at 9am. Barely anything available. My wife asked the staff or peanut butter and got the reply, "we had some earlier". That is it. Who talks like that and why isn't he getting her peanut butter? I travel extensively and this was horrible. I received a text message from Expedia asking about our stay. Obviously a Bot text. But I replied with issues. Isn't that the point? So why didn't anyone contact me afterward? Please send me a full refund and an apology. We visited Portland, Maine for the first time and our stay was certainly memorable but for the wrong reasons.
