This is not a luxury property. However, if you're looking for just a room, with virtually no amenities, this is a good choice. The staff is very good (especially Maria) and the location is convenient.

I really want to rate this place higher, because staff and facilities were great, and at a great price, but it is located right next to a loud night club with blasting music till after midnight.

I stay here several times a year when visiting Portland. This time it’s mid week off season and the hotel seems rather empty. However the room I was given was on the second floor beneath a very noisy room. Why not spread the guests out so I could have some peace?

Great value for the price. Room was very clean, staff was kind. It was within walking distance (12-15 mins) of the conference center. Lots of dining options nearby.

Great value, I stayed for 5 nights. Not the most sound proof, you can hear your neighbors and outside noises. Shower could use some improvement, the water leaked out onto the floor and I had to use multiple towels to cover the floor which were left soggy. The staff is really friendly though! Convenient location, I didn’t have to drive more than 15min to most of what I wanted to do which was nice. Overall a good deal, I’ll probably book again if I’m in Portland again!

The property met our needs, and it felt safe. The parking was good. I probably wouldn't stay here more than one night, but it met our needs. It felt like a safe area and was well lit. There's a strip club across the street and plenty of places to eat and shop.
