It was late when I arrived to the hotel but nobody was at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. Guests in the lobby told me that he went to bed! I called 3 hours prior to let them know I was arriving at 11pm and there was no answer. Didn’t even go to a voicemail. I got to the room and it smelled but I let it slide because it was so late. We weren’t going to be there very long and the bed was clean. I Had to leave at 8:30am the next day. I could see some mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. My daughter and I woke up all congested with a headache. The room had tons of mold in it! I couldn’t see it in the dark but could in the morning in the light. It was gross! I took photos and showed the employee at the front desk who wasn’t there again for 5 minutes! He said a manager would call me when they came in. Nobody ever called me! I emailed the hotel. Still no response! I would never stay there again! It was convenient to where I had to be and the room itself was mostly clean but nobody should stay in a room full of mold! I paid $274 on Expedia for the room and they wanted $395 on their website. Ridiculous! Still waiting for my phone call and/or email from the manager.
