Left behind an item in the room and it was good as gone by next day. Housekeeping didn’t turn it in or they just didn’t care to take the time to look and maybe the next guest swiped it. So many things could have been done to assist for very little effort on their part but they let every opportunity go cold.

The hotel was well decorated, it was rustic but posh. The location was centrally located to several coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Very walkable. I was upgraded to a nice corner view on the 9th floor. The staff were very friendly & helpful my entire stay. The customer service was excellent. The team at the hotel restaurant/bar were amazing. I am beyond pleased with my experience. I would come again & recommend to friends/family.

Parking is very expensive it’s like 55$ a day for valet and if you don’t do that you have to park on street (that’s unsafe)

The Centric was really nice and central. It is walking distance to various transportation such the, bus, trail and train. We caught public transportation our entire stay (5 days). The hotel is distance to restaurants and Powell books. Room was clean and front desk was nice. A gentleman from the front provided us with handout of local activities and places to eat which was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Valet was awesome and always so polite. Front desk was another story. I wasn’t greeted once while walking in or out. I work customer service for the past 7 years, so I don’t like to be a “Karen”. However, customer service is extremely important. It felt so unwelcoming that we even opted out of eating breakfast there.

Really nice hotel, great stay! Close to many things on both sides of the bridge, quiet at night, and comfy room. Everything clean and staff attentive. Decent area downtown, pretty clean and safe around the hotel.
