The suite were very nice, much more spacious than expected. It was very clean, had everything needed for comfort. Check in was easy. The hotel is close to Washington Park and not too far from downtown.

The location is amazing if you need to be in downtown Portland, Nob Hill is 5 minutes walk away. Hotel was a bit noisy it seems like there is not much sou d insulation between rooms.

There was plenty parking spaces at the hotel whereas downtown Portland parking is near impossible so the hotel being within walking distance is a big plus. The room was very clean with two exceptions: vent on the AC unit and floors were very dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the neighborhood but wouldn’t advise walking downtown at night.

This is our second stay here love the charm of this old world hotel. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Walking distance to NW 23rd restaurants and shops…Definitely will be back again!

I absolutely love the central location, the fact that there’s no scented products used, the soaps, etc are so nice & organic, staff are wonderful. I love that there’s no carpet so the room feels truly clean. Challenges: could hear people walking loudly above me- if ur sensitive to noise, request a top floor room. Also it’s more of a motel than I expected but I may not have done all the reading before booking. Turns out I kind of liked that aspect as it feels like more fresh air is accessible than in a hotel. Bed was comfy but did have slight springy sound. Would stay here again though, overall great vibe.

Could not find a more convenient quick overnight stay with parking in Portland. Close to 23rd street shopping area and good restaurants, bakery to choose from. The inn has an annex across the street, more like motel settings. It also has overflow parking in case all parking spots are taken. The room is basic but clean. Super friendly front desk staff.

The hotel has added some really nice items that elevate the stay, although the room is very standard and a little dated. We were concerned with parking upon arrival, the small lot outside of the lobby is tight with a significant slope - however, good news, we were in the building across the street, and there was more parking available to us. The lobby is standard, but the staff was friendly and they offer tea / coffee at all hours and cookies and fruit in the morning (very nice touch). We were pleased to have a second floor room (less noisy), but be sure you are comfortable with stairs to get there. The gym was equipped with a peloton, treadmill and rowing machine and had a microwave and water machine that dispenses cold and hot water (great for my tea!). My pickier friends may have had some issues with the room, but for me - it was a good location and enough small amenities that it made the few nights a good experience!

Close to great restaurants. Staff is awesome. Parking lot is tiny and so are the parking spaces, so park on the street if you have a big vehicle. Our room looked clean at first glance but when I cleaned up a water spill from the floor, the rag was black with dirt and so were the bottoms of our feet from walking on the floor. It made us question how clean everything else was. Beds were comfy. Just an ok experience.

The staff at Park Lane Suites and Inn, is excellent ! very friendly and always ready to assist. The Suite rooms are very well equipped and convenient. The area is close to many restaurants/stores, and public transport is easily available . Also walking distance, to downtown Portland.
