Easy, clean, quiet and economical. The parking lot on the Suites side sucks though. The stalls are way way way too narrow (and people don’t know how to park straight). They should repaint the stalls to allow for more space bc you will get dinged. I parked across the street at the Inn side to avoid the stress.

Top notch place to stay in PDX - Will return!
Such a great facility, from check-in, to parking, to checking out, everything was awesome and painless. Very cheerful greeting and check-in, made you feel so welcome after a long drive. Rooms were large and clean, amazing space. Close to everything. One night, came back late and the concierge helped us find a killer parking space. Bonus that I didn't know about reserving: Complimentary drinks in the room waiting for you and boutique cookies and coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again and plan to on our next trip. (side note, we did try an Airbnb in PDX the following week (pre-booked) and it was not half as nice as this place. Had I known, I would've canceled that room and got another one here! Thank you Park Lane Suites and Inn. So rare to find people that care about their place and job. Makes all the difference.

We stayed here for an event at Providence Park. We were easily able to walk to dinner and walk to the event. It was in a very convenient location. The staff was fantastic and very kind. It's not luxury or super updated, but very reasonably priced and provided a great stay. Would absolutely come back to stay.

This is an updated motel. It is just fine, but not glamorous in any way. A great price! The room was very clean. Very nice staff. Other guests seemed like professionals. As a single woman staying there I felt safe. I will stay there again.
