Room was on second floor, exterior entrance and the outside lights were out on half the building. Coffee pot had coffee stains inside the pot. Bathroom door could not be latched close.

Our check in was extremely slow. When we got to our room we were disgusted with how unclean the room was. The bed had stains on it, the floor had dirt and dead bugs that weren't swept up & the bathroom sink was missing the handle.

Check in took forever. Staff took other calls while checking me in. Got pushback from staff about service dog. Booked room due to no pet fee but when I arrived pet fee notices were posted all over front desk. Toilet paper holder and chair broken in room. Very noisy huge men in room above me kept me up all night. Dirty unsafe area

Pros - Convenient location 15 min drive to portland head light - Reasonably priced though had issues that shall describe below - Breakfast was good with hot items - Staff was courteous and good - Enough parking onsite Cons - Bathroom had mold across edges of the bath tub. This is totally unacceptable. We couldn't even take a shower because of this issue. - Overall rooms & hotel could be cleaner. You could tell it lacked upkeep overall - No elevator in this hotel Mold issue was the biggest turn off for us other than that Overall Ok, convenient location with decent breakfast.
