No elevator, paint peeling off of the wall in the room, I had to roll up a bath towel to place under the door because there was a large gap and a lot of noise coming through. The bed was not only extremely uncomfortable but broken so every time my husband moved the bed would make noises. I was so beyond upset we just left and I didn’t even say anything. We will never stay there again.

Jasmine is Wonderful
Jasmine is wonderful. I accidentally left behind my mobile WiFi device and when I called the next morning I spoke with Jasmine. She told me no problem she would take care of it and agreed I could pick it when I was in town two weeks later. I got to meet Jasmine this morning and yes she cheerfully knew immediately what I was there for and returned it to me. So nice to experience personal service in this day and age. Thank You

We stayed in this hotel from 11/22-11/25. First their shuttle service is horrible. They made us wait in the airport more than 30minutes, mind you the hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel is an old building, with no elevator and had a weird smell. Be aware of with their cleaning service. The first day when we checked in, the rep never told us that we have to request cleaning every day. So 2 days after, when we came back from our adventure we found our room the same way we left it. With no towels, no shampoos. So I went downstairs, because the room phone wasn’t working, and requested towels and shampoos. After waiting an hour and a half still nothing. I’ve used my cell phone to call the front desk to ask about why they didn’t bring us towels yet. The front desk employee was a young guy and was very rude, not helpful at all. After telling him that I will file a complaint he brought me towels and shampoos. The next day we talked to the manager, which was no help at all. Seems like no one cared about the hotel and the customers. Don’t waste your money.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful! He explained everything and recommended a great sushi restaurant near the hotel. The bed was comfy and there were many channels to choose from on the TV.
