Lovely hotel, but was not alerted that you must request that your room be cleaned and towels refreshed. Should be mentioned at check in. Other than that the hotel was good. The downtown area has a homeless problem that is very noticeable

Beautiful hotel and a great location. Would be five stars but the hot water was out and the staff was not accommodating or friendly about it. Outside of the hot water, it was a good stay.

The staff and service were amazing. The property itself is just an old building. My sheets had holes in them and had some hair on my towels. I hate to write anything bad because I know mistakes happen. I wouldn’t stay here again though for the price.
