Fomos alocados num quarto para necessidades especiais ,com cortinas nos banheiros e teia de aranha no lustre . Não era o que aluguei . Quarto superior. Informaram que foi ordem da expedia. Não aceitei de forma alguma e diante da minha mostra de quarto superior fizeram a troca do quarto para um superior. Apesar disso a estadia foi tranquila e os atendentes São bem educados, principalmente os que servem o café da manhã como o Marcelo.

Hotel com excelente instalação. Já me hospedei diversas vezes e destaco que o café da manhã caiu muito de nível tanto na qualidade como na variedade dos produtos. O ar condicionado do quarto estava com excesso de barulho, apesar de funcionando corretamente.
