La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte. Nella vetrina del bar sono esposti pacchi di biscotti come se fosse una dispensa IN casa. Rassegnata da questa proposta "alternativa" e "originale" l'ultimo giorno chiedo se posso avere del pane e marmellata. Mi dicono che ce l'hanno solo congelato. Ok accetto....mio malgrado. Mi arriva un panino che appena si raffredda è duro come il marmo.....e li mi sono veramente girate le scatole.....INACCETTABILE. Ma dico.....siete un 4 stelle....in Puglia ....e non potete procurarvi al mattino un filone di pane fresco ? Ma scherzate ? Imputo queste enormi pecche ai proprietari della struttura, sempre presenti, e non al personale cordiale,senza colpe. Mai vissuta una situazione del genere in anni, neanche in categorie inferiori.
