- Check-out: the accommodation will be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in the lease for your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entry into the building: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain individuals are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the age of 16; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.

Hübsches Haus in Nähe zu Traumstrand
Gebäude (Räume, Garten, Terasse, Balkon, Grösse) super. Auch die Lage nahe am Meer und der gut ausgestattete Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe (ca. 400m, auch in der Nebensaison geöffnet) sind ein plus. Meer ist ein Traum, mit weissem Sand und türkisem Wasser mit sauberem Strand. Abfall wird getrennt direkt vor der Haustüre abgeeholt, was auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Kommunikation mit Agentur (Fabio) einfach, freundlich und effizient. Wir bekamen sehr rasch Antworten und die meisten unserer Bemängelungen wurden innerhalb von zwei Tagen behoben. Negativ empfanden wir die sehr schlecht ausgestattete Mini- Küche (ohne Dampfabzug, kein Ofen, max. eine Person passt in die Küche, sehr wenig Kochgeschirr). Schlecht war teils auch der Zustand der Einrichtung (rostende Armaturen Duschen drinnen und draussen, rinnender und stinkender Abfluss Waschbecken Küche, auseinanderfallende Kommode, nicht abschliessbare WC- Türe). Positiv war aber wie gesagt, dass die meisten Mängel sehr rasch behoben wurden.
