I noticed bad reviews concerning the front desk being virtual. The virtual front desk (via WhatsApp) was excellent. They responded immediately with answers to our questions; they gave us clear directions from the airport, they helped us check in early, they were wonderful. the room was modern and lovely. Everyone who has given a bad review for the virtual front desk, I suggest you read hotel listings thoroughly, so you know what to expect. This was a fantastic clean hotel, location, and value. I cannot say enough nice things.

The property is in front of the city hall and the “Porto” letters. The rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floor with a balcony so you have a great view of the city.

Room was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Bathroom was big. Room had everything we needed. It was in the city center and within distance to everything. Metro is a block away. It looked like we were going into out own apartment when we checked in, which was great. It was exactly what we needed and check-in and check-out remotely was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Super fin beliggenhed. God rummelig terrasse. Dårlig sovesofa men god dobbeltseng. Morgenmaden blev leveret hver morgen og var lækker. Lidt bøvlet at der ikke er en reception. Egnet til max 3 personer. Men alt i alt et dejligt anbefalelsesværdigt sted.

Checkin procedure was not easy or intuitive email access was necessary to be able to contact the hotel to check-in, when travelling overseas, that is not always the case Otherwise, the neighborhood is nice and clean, close to metro station and within easy walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants. The Hotel itself is 2 floors of a 6 floor building, the other 4 floors being populated by various businesses. the rooms are very clean and well appointed, bathroom was absolutely beautiful. Overall, would recommend, just remember to check your emails on the day you need to check-in

Kleine kamer, proper. Goed bed slecht zetelbed
Zeer leuke locatie, overal dichtbij. Wel wat zoeken om het te vinden...mooi uitzicht, zeer propere kamer en heerlijke douche. Het zetelbed was slecht van kwaliteit en oncomfortabel voor de kinderen, de kamer zeer klein en nergens plaats om te zitten of kleren op te hangen of toilettas te zetten. Een paar haakjes of kapstokken zouden het comfort wel vergroten.het regende enorm en al die natte kleren konden we geen weg mee...

Petit hôtel décoré avec goût. Emplacement avec accès aux restaurants et boutiques et centres d’attractions. Votre site mentionne sans ascenseur mais il y avait un ascenseur en fonction .

Würde ich sofort wieder wählen
Man muss die Unterkunft zwar erst mal finden (die Türe ist ein bisschen unscheinbar) aber die Unterkunft ist absolut toll. Mitten in Porto, tolles Bad, super Bett, super Ausblick und das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan 4,8 von 5 Sternen :-).
