Great location to see Porto. Has elevator for seniors or those with walking difficulties. Best to take Uber or taxi due no close parking. Close to waterfrontand other attractions. Highly recomend staying here. Unfortunately there is road construction infront but windows seal out noise

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, kitchen well equipped and the place is very clean. Just 2 minutes walk to the Ribera square, highly recommended and definitely will stay there again.

First the positive: location, location, location. You're in the heart of it. But it also means lots of traffic, cars honking late into the night, as in past midnight. Great for a younger crowd, not ideal for a family with young kids or seniors. The room was a bit dated, bathroom ok but there's really no counter space to put your stuff down. Also if you stay in the apartment be aware that you don't get a key, rather a key code to punch in. Can be tricky late at night, since you have to be mindful of your surroundings as you're basically standing on the street when trying to enter. Hotel staff was great.

The Arc Carrís apartments were amazing! The location is in the best spot, the views are amazing, and the service from the staff was excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Porto!!!

Location of the property was excellent & the room was nicely presented, however, it was let down by lack of maintenance. The studio itself wasn’t cleaned properly, the kitchen area was covered in dust and there were stains around the bed. The bathroom, whilst nicely presented, smelt of damp & the shower was a nightmare to use. To get a constant temperature, you had to have it on a an extremely powerful pressure which wasn’t comfortable to use, any less and the shower would constantly go from scolding to freezing. I liked the apartment and building, it’s just a shame it was let down by the maintenance.

This was an excellent stay. Even with the San Joao festival going on outside our windows, with the shutters closed you could barely hear it. Super cute bathroom with great water pressure. Beds were comfy and ac was nice and cool. Great location. Would stay again

It was a beautiful apartment, the lobby is modern and welcoming. The only downfall was there was no iron in our room and also, we were promised a terrace / balcony which we did not get.

Very nice property, breakfast was terrific and staff is very accommodating. They arranged out taxi from the airport and recommended a private Douro valley tour . Helena was very helpful in guiding and arranging Douro valley tour. Overall 10/10.

The staff is not helping well. I request to use Euros with my credit card. With her instructions, we ended up paying US dollar with extra 4 %. First night, the water heater is not working. Ended up my husband took a cold water shower. I did try to call reception for help but the phone was not working. The second night, one of the room has no electricity at all, we have to go down to the reception to ask for help. It took a long time to persuade the staffs to come up to fix the issue if we don’t insist.

The building is lovely. We were shocked to find the property had not been cleaned. There were sexual toys left behind from the previous occupancy. When reported this to the manager, he blamed the third-party cleaning company. Unbelievable!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The check in at the hotel was conveniently located just a few steps away from the apartment building. The breakfast option was lovely. Great service from the front desk and the restaurant servers. Location of the property is perfect for exploring the Ribeiro area. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to the river for our river cruise.

Property was perfectly located. Breakfast was plentiful. And tasty. Staff was very responsive. perfect combination of good taste and comfort. Only difficulty was recognizing the door to enter, and where to check in.
