Bright and modernly furnished, this 40m² cozy house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living space features a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, so you can comfortably sleep or watch your favourite shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. You may dine at the dining table available, and there's a washing machine if you wish to do the laundry.
The first bedroom is delightfully furnished with a queen bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
