Wonderful Hotel

This was a real treat for myself and my husband. The hotel is beautiful, great location close to the city centre and transport links. Staff were wonderful, everyone from Reception, breakfast staff, doormen, room service, were faultless. Everyone we came across greeted us with a smile, super helpful and literally couldn’t do enough to make your stay effortless and memorable for all the right reasons. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, everything you could possibly want, there were a few things on an additional menu but not sure why you’d need to when they’ve pretty much covered everything your heart desires! In the rooms bed was super comfortable, very quiet and amazing shower. We enjoyed it so much have already recommended to friends who will be visiting the city in October!

Beautiful hotel

We loved the hotel, the rooms were so comfortable and clean and the common areas were beautiful. We felt that the hotel was well located; not eighth in the center of everything but totally walkable and near nice restaurants and other sites. The staff was friendly and attentive; the breakfast was amazing; the spa was wonderful.

Amazing stay…. No questions asked!

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived; the staff were extremely friendly and courteous; as soon as the door opens they are greeting you (every day) it was a nice gesture. They cannot do enough for you. The room was spotless, and the cleaners were back and fore all day, checking the water in the room and if we needed more. The lounge area for the bar was peaceful and staff were attentive and helpful when choosing a drink. The spa area and gym we used once and this was so relaxing. The pool was lovely temperature and was heated inside and out, the gym was small but had a few bits to use. We didn’t make use of treatments but they seemed good. On to the breakfast, WOW! The choices were out of this world, fresh fruit juices, fruit, yogurt bowls plentiful pastries and cakes, hot food, but also freshly made eggs benedict, avo on toast or omelettes, and these were a complete treat. I would highly recommend this hotel, the welcome from staff; the food, the cleanliness and the overall quality of service and comfort. We will definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thanks to all the staff

Amazing from start to finish

From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were blown away by the GA. There was no wait. They bent over backwards to give us advice. The room & bathroom were extraordinary and the internet was even a decent speed. And the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The icing on the cake was the incredible concierge Inês. She designed a fantastic itinerary for us and managed to befriend almost everyone she encountered. She is just amazing!!
