My only complaint was we didn’t know how to adjust the thermostat. Therefore, the room was too hot at night. Also, the air didn’t circulate leaving the bathroom humid following a shower.

Lovely hotel near the Douro waterfront. Easy access to last minute boat tours or taxi around town. Dining and shopping (uphill cobblestones) nearby. Quiet! Good breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee. Helpful English speaking staff. Self-service Laundromat super close and clean.
