Walk distance to the balsa, great hospitality and great housekeeping. The property is located on a beautiful beach. We highly recommend. Any questions, just ask Cristiano, he will take care of all your needs. Make sure you take plenty of sunscreen. Bahia's sun is pretty powerful.

Lugar muito bom e com excelentes profissionais..porém o apartamento precisa de umas manutenções em um dos quartos o ar condicionado não funcionava o a porta que dá acesso a varanda não fechava ..o chuveiro TB não saia água ,na isso foi corrigido ...

Gostamos da localização - longe do centro, mas com o pé na areia. O quarto possui tudo que é necessário para passar alguns dias em família. É bastante espaçoso e confortável. Contudo, precisa receber mais manuntenção - a tomada do microondas fazia ruídos de mau contato, o fogão tinha os botões rígidos e vazava um pouco de gás e chegou a fazer uma bola de fogo, a porta de um dos chuveiros é bem difícil de abrir, e havia um buraco no forro da cozinha.

Os aptos são espaçosos e arejados, a cozinha equipada e uma sala de televisão facilitam a dinâmica de quem tem crianças. Ponto negativo foi ter ficado sem Água quente nos chuveiros na Primeira noite. No mais tudo Perfeito pois a equipe é muito hospitaleira e fazem de tudo para ajudar.

Boa opção para famílias
Boa opcao para famílias, casa ampla, com 2 banheiros, cozinha com o necessário. Quando chegamos tinha algumas frutas de cortesia, mas nao tinha nem açúcar, nem sal, nem óleo, nem água - traga tudo quando vier. Alias, o unico comércio proximo é uma loja de conveniência perto da balsa, mas não tem muita coisa e tudo muito caro. O ideal é trazer do Centro de Arraial. O supermercado do Centro de Arraial entrega compras a partir de 300 reais. Ficamos na casa 2 de frente pra praia, uma delícia tomar cafe olhando o mar. O sol nasce em frente, assim como a lua cheia. A praia em frente com mare baixa é boa, limpa, agua transparente, apesar de ser mais amarelada por conta da proximidade com o rio. O local é bem perto da balsa, muito rapido pra ir e voltar de Porto Seguro. Pra ir pro centro de Arraial tem muitas vans e ônibus.

Excelente atendimento e e localização em uma área muito boa da praia. Cuidado excelente com as áreas comuns. Serviço de limpeza diária a contento , mas meninas são muito simpáticas. Fica como recomendação , a realização de uma limpeza mais pesada e completa de tempos em tempos .

Péssimo custo benefício
Fomos recepcionados pelo ¨Bil¨, muito atencioso e gentil... a localização era boa. O apartamento era antigo, o fogão antigo e sujo, a iluminação no local era precária, cozinha escura. Só tinha ar condicionado no quarto, a sala era bem quente e não dava pra deixar a janela aberta por causa dos mosquitos. O tamanho da TV era pequena para distância do sofá. No pendente da cozinha tinha teias de aranha. O chuveiro era elétrico... não consegui temperar a água, era muito quente ou fria. Enfim, a localização era boa e o recepcionista muito atencioso e simpático, mas o apartamento deixa muito a desejar.

A pousada é muito boa,boas camas,travesseiros e uma cozinha com varanda que nos salvou nos dias de chuva.A tv tem youtube e Netflix, o que foi ótimo. A única ressalva é a falta de cafe de manhã, o chuveiro elétrico e o vaso sanitario que estava com um cheiro desagradável. Na soma de tudo,indico o local.

Pousada bem localizada, funcionários eficientes e educados, estrutura boa, mas pode ficar melhor com pelo menos um bar/restaurante funcionando (faz muita falta). A que nós ficamos (nº 9) também pode melhorar com um ventilador de teto na sala e porta toalhas nos banheiros.

Muito bom no geral. A localização é excelente, bem próximo da balsa e ao lado da praia. O pessoal do hotel é bastante atencioso e as instalações atendem muito bem. A cozinha é bem equipada e é sem dúvida um diferencial para quem tem interesse em cozinhar algo rápido. O estacionamento não é grande. Então, se estiver de carro, dependendo da quantidade de hóspedes com veículos, pode ser necessário estacionar do lado de fora da propriedade.

Funcionários super agradáveis e solícitos, muito atenciosos com os hóspedes. Apart hotel pé na areia, com um restaurante ao lado, que é muito conveniente, pois não há refeição no hotel. O hotel é banhado por um braço de rio. Acomodação grande e arejada, totalmente equipada, porém os eletrodomésticos são muito antigos, precisando serem trocados.

O mais difícil, o mar, eles tem! Falta muito mais. Ficamos na unidade 1, que necessita ser renovada. Porta e janelas empenadas, eletrodomésticos pra lá de velhos, sofá sala nada mais é do que um colchão velho. Não condições de saber o que está limpo ou velho. Hidraulica necessita revisão geral. Lâmpada fracas a uma altura de 3 metros! Enfim, somente o ar condicinado (suite) aproveita. O pessoal muito simpático, prestativo, estes sim são ótimos.
