the town of Portopalo is m. 200.

The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot with a beautiful 600-meter path over the sea along the property's cliff, the sanctuary and the archaeological park on the seafront.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, measuring 60 sq m. and can accommodate 5 people.

Auf dem Felsen über dem Meer
Sehr schönes Haus, unterteilt in einen Hauptteil und ein kleines Apartment, die Teenager haben den Pöatz für sich genossen. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer und der Weg am Meer entlang ist eher eine Geröllhalde...dafür ist der Blick atemberaubend! Die Terrasse ist super, eigentlich gibt es immer Schatten! Die Mücken haben uns geärgert, aber vor den Türen zu den Zimmern sind richtig gute Fliegengitter (als Schiebetüren), die haben uns gerettet! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc.ist okay, für 10 Personen, die zusammen essen wollen mussten wir auch Utensilien aus dem Apartment holen, aber das war ja kein Problem. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche! Zum Glück im Herbst-sonst wäre es doch sehr sehr heiss auf dem Felsen...

Bellissima casa in posizione panoramica affacciata sul mare con Vista sull'isola di Capopassero e sul mare dalle 1000 sfumature. Gradita sorpresa la piscina di recente installazione per passare ore liete in compagnia delle onde che si infrangono sulla scogliera

Una location da sogno !!
Vacanza fantastica, appartamento di lusso ben organizzato e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sull'Isola di Capo Passero. La villa è superlativa e da poco è stata inaugurata la piscina (siamo stati i primi ospiti ad usarla). Ottima privacy e il paese a 300 metri. La spiaggia del paese è raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Consigliatissima la spiaggia di Carratois e dell' Isola delle Correnti . Spero di tornare appena possibile.

Magnifico appartamento sulla scogliera
Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno con una vista spettacolare sulla scogliera a picco sul mare, ampia privacy ma comunque molto comodo in quanto vicino al centro del paese, ai supermercati e ristoranti. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!

Favolosa casa sulla scogliera arredara con cura. Privaci totale pur essendo in paese e vicino a tutte le strutture Vista fantastica sull' isola do Portopalo. Vacanza rilassante e base ideale per numerose escursioni
