Clean, comfortable stay, convenience to Hampton Beach at an affordable price. Free breakfast is included which is a nice setup. Shopping is also available nearby.

Hampton seafood festival 😋
We had a wonderful time during our trip to North Hampton for the seafood festival. The hotel was situated in a convenient and peaceful location, and the shuttle service to the festival was very helpful. However, we did encounter one issue during our stay - the beds and pillows were in need of an upgrade. We believe that this improvement would greatly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

The staff was very respectful. What I did not like is that the suite's fees were much higher than the week that followed. We stayed there from August 21st to August 25th 2024.

The room was musty and damp. There was black mold on the pillowcases. The room was also very dark which doesn't help the mold issues. Bathroom was also dirty. Should have listened to what others had written. Breakfast was okay, well stocked.

We checked in late and when we got to our room it smelled terrible. The air conditioner was also not working. We opened the windows to air it out. We noticed there was a HUGE black mold problem through the room. This included the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned behind at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. We checked out that same night and went to a different hotel. The property didn’t give offer another room or a refund. They also didn’t have enough washcloths or blankets for our room. When we asked for more we were told they were out.

Was yelled by staff over cooking my waffle room was not ready when I showed up the room was not cleaned well ! Found blood stains on my blankets and there was never a single clean towel in the pool area

The accommodations were very good, there was 5 of us and the room we had was very nice and was large enough for all of us to feel comfortable..the pool area was kept very nice, as well as the pool itself, and Breakfast in the morning was way beyond what ive been served in other motels...The only issue i had was the mattress on the bed ,a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but the pillows were great not too firm and stiff...and the rooms coffee pot didnt work as it should, but since they served coffee in the morning that wasn't a big issue..The staff was pleasant and polite, i would definitely book there again if i were in the area...over all i would give it 8 out of 10 ...also convenient to most everything...
