Disappointing Stay
I recently stayed at “hampton inn by hilton”and unfortunately, my experience was not at all what I had hoped for. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that my room wasn’t ready for check-in, forcing me to wait an additional 45 minutes before I could access it. This delay was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Once I finally entered the room, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell that can only be described as reminiscent of dirty feet. It was quite off-putting and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Overall, my stay at “hampton inn by hilton” was quite disappointing. I had expected a pleasant and relaxing experience, but instead I found myself in a room that was not only unprepared but also poorly maintained. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and will be looking for other options in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located around everything in New Paltz. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They provide a nice selection of snacks for purchase and great complimentary beverages, cookies and breakfast.

Disappointed that the Tesla destination charger had a few associated with it. A flat fee of $20 for 6 hours is ridiculous. I chose this hotel because of the destination charger, as this traditionally is a complimentary service. I didn’t need 6hours of charging- maybe 3 at the most. At the very least this should be a per hour charge, not a flat rate, but it should actually not be an additional cost to the consumer at all. Also, WiFi was not explained upon check in and there was no information in the room.
