This was our 8-9 trip at this property…if not more. We love this hotel. It’s always clean and the staff is always professional and courteous. The breakfast is also always fresh and delicious. Although this hotel is pet friendly, I was not a fan of guests bringing their dogs directly up the the serving stations during breakfast. I know that this is permitted during pet friendly stays, however, it seemed slightly unsanitary. I am also highly allergic and this made for uncomfortable mornings. With that said, it won’t stop us from coming back.

Family get together.
We had a fantastic two day stay, from the ease of checking in, to the cookies/coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby when we came back at night. The breakfast was also delicious, and the checkout was as smooth as can be. We will definitely be staying again when we are in the area for our family get togethers.

Very good hotel - but one MAJOR defect. You have outstanding mattresses on your bed - but perhaps the worst PILLOWS I have ever encountered. Why have excellent mattresses on your beds and the worst - light as air, flimsy, no substance, one's head falls to the bed within seconds - doesnt make sense !!!

The room was clean, staff was friendly, the sheets were pulling off the corner of the bed and so tight I couldn't keep them on. the water pressure was absolutely horrible the shower had so little pressure you couldn't change the settings on the shower head, and it was a very mild stream. I went to breakfast just before 7am and the dark roast coffee was empty they had no milk or half and half only artificial creamer. The scrambled eggs were cold swimming in water while the top was crunchy. the potatoes were under cooked and cold. the orange juice was like water with a drop of juice and so clear with a mild tint of orange, the cranberry juice was not much better, clear with a mild juice flavor. the first yogurt I picked up was already opened. the apples were all bruised or damaged to the point they had big nicks and brown spots. I've stayed in many Hiltons this year around 120 nights and this was by far the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had.
