On the borders of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of the writer George Sand, close to La Châtre and Aigurande, in the countryside and isolated at the end of a path, this cottage is ideal for many hikes, quiet and relaxing activities.
It is surrounded by meadows, woods and dotted with a stream in the lowlands behind the house. Children will be safe there because the first roads are far away.
The plus points: 5 km away is a water sports centre (open from the end of April to the end of October with ski lift and many other activities such as swimming, BMX track, disc golf and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a balneotherapy centre. Old renovated Berry farmhouse where you can come and relax in peace, with family or friends, with a large private garden.
On the ground floor: large living room (stove), fitted kitchen, pantry/laundry room, shower room with walk-in shower, toilet with washbasin and a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 4 90 cm beds, shower room and separate toilet.
Large garden, private parking and terrace.
Heating by heat pump and wood for the stove (included in the price).
Baby equipment provided on request (high chair, booster seat, travel cot with mattress, bathtub, mattress changing table, potty and toilet seat booster). 1 disabled toilet on the ground floor with adapted sink.
