I only stayed one night for a layover but the building was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location is perfect, close to a metro stop and walking distance to tourist areas.

I did receive a couple of bottles of very nice Czech sparkling wine in my rooms which were complimentary, which was nice. I may or may not have gotten a room upgrade. If I did they didn't mention it to me, but my room was a very good room.

Staying at the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel provides a unique experience of good service, welcoming and attentive stall in the remarkable surroundings of art nouveau decor and design. Everything about this hotel is excellent from the location to the staff to the amenities etc. I love their focus on eco friendly features once you’re there including electronic room keys made out of bamboo!

We stayed in junior suit The room was on ish but still tiered Bathroom was a disaster Shower screen wasn’t staying put so the water was leaking on the bathroom floor making it slippery and dangerous. Shower gel and shampoo holders are coming off The breakfast was ok, the lady that greeted the guests was very nice (than you) Upon check out the person (old boldly guy) was very rude and was trying to mock me! - I just had no time and desire escalate to complain his behaviour as in rush to airport with newborn in our hands - DISGRACE for hotel I won’t be staying there anymore and neither will advise others

We had a great three night stay. Easy walking to centre and lots of places nearby. Breakfast was excellent and friendly and attentive staff. Bed was very comfortable and whilst room perhaps slightly dated, it was absolutely fine with working air conditioning and good sound proofing. Good value and would definitely stay again if visiting Prague.
