We had a river view which was great. A little noisy due to the tram going by all the time but worth staying in a river view room. They have a very good breakfast. The room was clean and everything worked. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. They suggested a few nearby restaurants that very good. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and transportation back to the airport. If we go back to Prague we will stay here again. We will recommend this to our family and friends. Location was excellent. A short walk to Charles Bridge and Old Town.

Great location near the Charles Bridge, Old Town and right by a Tram stop with multiple routes. River view rooms can suffer from street noise as trams rumble past only a couple of metres a way. Rooms are classically furnished, clean and comfortable. Almost all staff were really good and went out of their way to help. Breakfast good, but can get very crowded at poplar times. Expect will use again on our next trip.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding! The front desk staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing - huge selection all served in a beautiful dining room. Special thanks for the packed breakfast they sent with us on the shuttle. Would highly recommend staying here
