Just on the border of Old Town, very walkable to all sites Clock Tower, Charles Bridge, the Mirror Chapel, Castle Prague, Spanish Synagoge, and etc. Breakfast had many options - waffle and omelet station available. Breakfast is busy at key time before tours start, but Prague is busy in genera!

We stayed in the “apartment”. It was spacious and clean. We had 1 issue with the drains but that was rectified quickly. The hotel is conveniently close to Old Town, Charles Bridge. All places we visited were in walking distance.

ELEVATORS WORK REALLY SLOW, THE BATHTUB IS HIGH AND THERE IS NO GRAB BARS, NO IRON IN THE BEDROOM, NO ICE MACHINE ON EACH FLOOR YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE BAR ON THE FIRST FLOOR TO GET ICE.THE ORANGE JUICE WAS WATERY, THE BUS DROP US AT AROUND 4 BLOCKS FROM THE HOTEL AND TO TAKE THE BUS WE HAVE TO WALK UP THE HILL

Excellent customer service. Excellent location.
Smooth and polite check in and out. Excellent location. Windows opened, which was great for fresh air (rare in many hotels). Very large bed. Tv remote didn't work, but quickly supplied a "technician" to fix it. They also got me an additional heater and duvet as soon as i requested it. Excellent customer service.

Very nice hotel. Clean, pleasant lobby, nice friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of food options. Also available for dinner. Convenient location. Palladium, a large shopping mall around the corner. Trams and metro are few minutes walk from the hotel.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Surprisingly grand inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English rather well. The breakfast was wonderful and convenient. Prague was a bucket list visit and this hotel made it all the more spectacular.
