There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, communal areas were spotless and breakfast had a great selection of food. Although on the other side of the river to the main town it was only a short walk so very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location Location Location. Great location for walking to most of the major tourist attractions of PRAGUE. We were surprised as to how close all the major sites were to the hotel. Infact we did not use any trams or buses or metro and were able to walk everywhere. Getting to and from hotel to airport we found BOLT TAXIS to be very reasonable and cheaper then hotel or normal taxis in Prague. Breakfast in the morning there was adequate selection. We did not have any other meals at the hotel as were out all day till late in the evening. But overall it turned out to be a great place.

This is very close to the castle. Possibly a 10 minute walk to the bridge. It is well connected with both metro and tram services close by. Breakfast is very good, staff is friendly. There were no other restaurants or shops in the vicinity, for that you'd need to walk for about 10 minutes. I stayed 4 nights on business and did not use spa or the roman bath available. Like many in Prague, this appears to be an old building with lots of character. Room was large and clean, but carpet has probably seen better days. Room could be noisy due to trams if you have the windows wide open. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

We loved the wonderful breakfast! The health spa was good but I experienced a fainting spell and passed out in the steam room. I think customers should be warned of how hot it is and that older people in particular should be careful of the steam room.

Where do I start! The location is great, not far from the City of Prague, local to the shops and public transport. It's situated where it is quiet, so no disturbance from the city nightlife. Our carpet in our room was cream and looked like it needed a good carpet clean, but other than that it is spotless. The staff cannot do enough for you, they go above and beyond, and a tip to get you in their good books is they love you trying to speak to them in their language. They honestly appreciate you trying, google translate was my best friend and it gave them a smile. I cannot express how accommodating and friendly the staff were, they made you feel like you were at home. I didn't want to leave and me and my wife will definately be coming back to this hotel to stay. Plenty of options for breakfast, fruit Juice, Tea and coffee tastes great. The cocktails and wine (Portugal 2023) tastes banging. We didn't get to experience the spa, but on our last day we had a late flight. Our check out was at 1200 from the hotel but they allow you to keep your cases there so you can still go and enjoy your last day.I asked the staff if I could use the shower in the spa to freshen up. Without hesitation they allowed me to do this and again I was amazed at how accommodating they were. The showers were in the part where the spa is situated, as I walked in you get a lovely aroma of what I can only describe as Elemes but it smelt great. We loved it and Highly Recommend 😊

The hotel was well maintained, our luxury suite was amazing! The nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The hotel offers the best value in Prague for location, ease of transportation and a breakfast buffet that was wonderful. Because we drove here, having underground parking in the hotel was a plus as parking options in most places is nonexistent or remote from the hotel. The view of Prague from our room was spectacular! Our only regret is that we didn’t have time for a longer stay here. The staff were friendly and Nicoll booked us a tour of Prague that was amazing. The Ying/Yang suite we stayed in had two flights of stairs, one to the second floor with the spa tub, shower and sitting area, and a second to the bedroom and second sitting area. There is a bathroom on each floor which was convenient. The mini bar was stocked with top shelf liquors, wines, and sodas along with sparkling water and snacks. There was a bowl of fresh fruit and box of chocolates in the room awaiting us on arrival. We used the steam bath on our first night, it was unique and romantic as it was carved into the stone with a glass door. It also had a separate shower and cool down room that included a bottle of prosecco. The experience was delightful. I can’t wait to come back again!

The glass door of the shower was somehow leaking which made the floor wet. We almost slipped for a few times. Otherwise the experience was perfect. Friendly staff. Really close to the Prague Castle and underground railway and tram station.

Broken door, uncomfortable bed, didn't make the bed, and once left cups dirty in the room. The receptionists were polite. This hotel shouldn't be a five stars one. Some of the stuff they have listed, such as sauna and spa are add-ons and not cheap.

Very nice hotel
The most exciting features of this hotel are its convenient walkable location to the city’s primary sites; many of the rooms have in-room jacuzzi tubs; and has very nice breakfast buffet with a great coffee/cappuccino machine. The beds are comfortable, and once you request sufficient bedding (initially: twin size comforter, and two pillows). The hotel’s overall decor is dated and tired (circa 1992) and could use a refresher.

The staff was amazing. It is like a B&B environment with the amenities of a full hotel. They are kind, attentive, and had great suggestions of places to go and tours to take. The hotel is a great, quiet location just outside of town (10-15 minute walk max from most locations or a 5-10 euro Uber ride if you can't do all the walking). Highly recommended. If I visit Prague again I'll definitely look to stay here again!
