The hotel is situated in a calm area just outside the city center, but at a walking distance from Prague downtown. Personnel was very smart and helpful, breakfast very good with a good variety of both salty and sweet food.

Desk staff are wonderfully helpful. Housekeeping? Not so much. Room was not thoroughly cleaned and cared for on a daily basis. AC was horrible. Would be nice to offer coffee in the morning.

Fantastic place, would stay again
Superb hotel, before we arrived they contacted me.to see if I needed a taxi. Took advantage and this was alsona great service. The lady on check in was so helpful and the rooms were perfect. One of the most comfortable beds ever. Fantastic breakfast too. Highly recommended. A bonus is the Gulden Draak across the road!

I liked the location but I did not like the hotel for the price that I paid. Now, it is true that I paid for my hotel last minute. I would have been content with paying half the price for my stay. Also, the room that my husband and I stayed in was so dark and so small and the rugs were dirty (or they looked dirty) and it also smelled dusty.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar and restaurant were exceptional. The rooms and hotel clean and modern. The bed was scrumptious. The hotel really made our stay in Vienna amazing.
