Good location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The room I stayed was on the 6th floor with the kitchen ventilation outside the window (on top of the roof). In the morning when the kitchen starts to prepare breakfast, the smell gets into the room which is not very pleasant.

This was a really lovely place to stay for our 5 night trip to Prague! It was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit warm — we turned off the heat completely (it was -3 outside even), but it remained just a bit too warm. It is in a great location, and Prague is very walkable. I love saunas, so that was a big bonus for me, however, it wasn’t working properly and even after asking the front desk to check it, it remained not very hot. Overall it was a great stay.

A beautiful reception and great area. The room was plain, bathroom small, but it was comfortable and functional. The 'garden view' was a dirty roof with building material scattered all over it. Ok for the price.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Prague!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly welcome. Their attention to detail and friendly service made all the difference. The hotel itself was spotless—everything was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location couldn’t be better! Situated right in the center of Prague, it was perfect for exploring the city’s historic sites, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The noise!

The staff were nice, and there were many luxe elements in the hotel. However, the pounding noise from the construction next door, as well as the noise from slamming room doors (which is how they close, regardless of how careful you are), made the stay quite unpleasant.

Beautifully restored art noveau building turned into a hotel. Well located - next to some very good local restaurants, the Palladium shopping mall, supermarkets and the metro. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Amenities in the room were great, it was impeccably clean and tidy. Breakfast was also generous with Continental options and some Czech cheeses and cakes. Would highly recommend for a good-value and comfortable stay in Prague.
