We were booked at the K+K Central location, but they had some problems with the rooms, so they moved us to the K+K Fenix location nearby via taxi -- which was fine, except that the Fenix location is surrounded by strip clubs. The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathtub was raised quite a bit and thus a bit difficult to get in and out of, and the shower door only covered half the tub, which made it hard not to splash. Also, the supposed double bed had a very noticeable divide in the middle, as they had just stuck two twins together. But they gave us free breakfast to make up for the move and the breakfast was really good. And the service was generally good.
