The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, the location was excellent as it was close to all the tourist locations. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

I loved this hotel and its proximity to all the major attractions of Prague. My only complaint and a very small one at that is it was very hard for me to climb in and out of the tall bathtub. I would recommend this hotel. Very convenient!!
