Recently and finely restored, Casa Il Riccio is a typical Mediterranean villa, characterized by barrel vaults and an exceptional sea view. It boasts a large garden, in the shade of a colorful and fragrant lemon pergola, fully equipped with outdoor table and BBQ, as well as a large heated solarium area with hydromassage pool: ideal for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view. The location is privileged: in the heart of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym. Casa Il Riccio is the ideal solution for a group of four: it has two large internal bedrooms with bathroom, both with access to the front terrace, an open space of size with induction kitchen and living area with access to the third bathroom with large tub. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.
The structure is organized on three levels:
Garden area - you enter the garden by crossing the public staircase:
- 70 sqm garden - sea view - furnished with large Jacuzzi and solarium area, table for outdoor dining and BBQ area;
- Bathroom serving the pool area, with shower;
Upper floor with a dedicated entrance
- Access to a large suite.
- Open kitchen (fully equipped) with access to the balcony overlooking the sea;

Casa Il Riccio is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: a few steps from bars, restaurants, grocery store, beach and bus stop. To reach the house it is necessary to walk a path of about 150 meters and about 10 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. Private paid parking is available at about 300 meters, on request.

Fabulous Stay in Praiano!
Our group of 6 adults rented both units and had a huge private patio and a hot tub overlooking the sea. It was a very short walk from the bus stop with less than 10 steps to the unit...lots of space! Francesco was a great host, and he recommended a private chef and it was fantastic. I would rate everything higher if I could.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub was the best part!
We really settled into the neighbourhood and quickly found our way around. The place was in a fantastic location with easy access to transportation.
