I travel a lot and know a good hotel when I experience it, I’ve stayed here twice…once 2 years ago under previous ownership and then last week under new ownership….both experiences were 5 stars. I stayed here last week a day after a major snow storm hit. Most establishments were closed food wise. This hotel was clean, inviting, the few employees were very friendly and welcoming. The room was as clean, the bed and pillows were wonderful. I slept great. Breakfast was nice and timely. Hot tub was good, and the gym was nice and ample….you just can’t beat this hotel for the money in Pratt, KS.

I would never stay at this property again. My room felt like a dump. Treated by staff that rushed through check-in process so she could get back to whatever was more interesting in the back. Room was underwhelming with mix matched carpet that was lifting in multiple places, holes in the curtains, non-working usb ports, shower with dirty floor, rust in many places and mold in others, shower head with tons of hard water build up and what appear Ed to be mildew, crooked shelves, peeling paint on the ceiling, paper thin walls just to name a few. I ended up checking out at 4am because I couldn’t stand staying there one more minute.

Low End Disappointment!
Trash overflowing at entrance and in the lobby restroom. Non-smoking room had numerous cigarette burns in the carpet. Stains on the shower floor. Towels laundered without softener, scratchy like sandpaper. Hallway carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. DEPRESSING!

Quick visit
We had a brief stay for holiday travel. We arrived very late and found the desk clerk to be welcoming. Breakfast was good. We noticed a carpet tile was a little offset but otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable and seemed like new.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was awesome, so rebooked. Not sure if there has been an ownership change or a "we just don't care" all-around attitude. Breakfast was not good-- hot water in room only sporadically-- heating/AC was not working well & had a horrible smell when turned on-- room/carpets & flooring were not clean-- furniture had dirty spots-- we were just very disappointed and will not stay here again.

The property was ok for the price. The morning staff person (guy) should try and clean up his appearance a little. The tub had a ring around the drain and the water in the shower never got past luck warm. Also, there was a strong smell of deodorizer or cleaning product in the room. On the positive side: quiet location, ample parking and reasonable rates compared to other area hotels.
