Newly renovated and was very clean. Smaller hotel but cleanliness is a big thing for us. Staff were very friendly as well. Store for food and drinks was well stocked and quite a variety! Would stay here again.

We, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience this past weekend. After my husband took a shower, he dried off with a towel that had clearly been used in place of toilet paper. This was absolutely unacceptable and forced him to take a second shower. I reported the issue to the front desk, and while the staff was apologetic, I was surprised when they proceeded to ask how I would like my receipt rather than addressing the issue more seriously. I would have pushed for a refund, but I was pressed for time due to my daughter's gymnastics competition. This experience really overshadowed our stay, and I hope the hotel can take better care in ensuring cleanliness and proper communication in the future.

Nice Hotel beware of a hotel "fee"
Nice hotel. Would have given a 5 star but there was a "hotel fee" not disclosed when we booked with Hotels.com. Apparently, there is a little round dot by the name that you have to click on, which shows a hotel fee but does not tell you what this fee is. And what is it for? They say free breakfast, so if there is a hotel fee I guess it's not a free breakfast. And it was quite a hefty fee besides. So do check, because apparently hotels in many places are doing this. I call it corporate greed, because they still are not able to tell you what it is for. So beware of this. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Very noisy hotel. You could hear staff in the morning yelling in the hallway. Very loud. No regard for guests and their presence. The front desk person was gone for over 30 minutes. No one else came to check in all the guests waiting for their rooms.

Clean but service was meh at best.
Room was clean and comfy. Staff was awkward and not welcoming. Breakfast was bad, crusty and not many options. I typically stay at Hilton properties where the amenities are much better. Also my key wouldn’t work in the gym and I didn’t want to ask the staff about it. I arrived 2 hours before check in and they charged me 25$ to check in early.
