Pine Trees Apartment
Pine Trees Apartment is a recently renovated 55 sq. m. semi-basement apartment located just outside Preveza, set 700 metres from the sea and a 3 minute drive from the town historical center. The apartment consists of an open-plan space, including the living room (with a single bed and a large sofa bed) and the kitchen (fully equipped), and a separate double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, an outdoor sitting area located in a beautiful garden can be found just outside the apartment, where you can enjoy your meals or just relax.
Furthermore various children’s toys are available at the house for our young guests!
The area is really peaceful and also a great base to explore Preveza and its beautiful surroundings.

- Quality towels, pool towels, linens and covers provided.
- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week.
- Garden cleaning twice per week.
