The comforter on the beds had burn holes in them. The place smells like buttered microwave popcorn. The tv did not work and none at the front desk answered the phone. There were spider webs on the ceiling and the room phone had dried up food on it. Never staying here again. I was in a pinch to find a place with my kids to stay and this place was the cheapest and looked to have decent ratings. I think the ratings were a bit too high.

We were stuck in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. When we requested to be moved to a non smoking room they were unable to move us saying that because we booked through a third party they had no control over what room we were assigned. Additionally, the carpet in the room felt dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and the entire property had a run down dingy feeling. Unfortunately all other hotels in the area were booked otherwise we would have forfeited our money and stayed elsewhere.

Took a shower aftwr a dip in the pooland found a large amount of mould in the grout around the bathtub. And the phone didnt work. Complained to the manager all she offered was a $10 discount which was actually only $5 from what i paid with hotels.com. NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Checked in very late and otherwise would have asked to switch rooms but were so tired. Room didn’t appear to be completely cleaned. Duvets were filthy, including with what we hope was animal and not human poop. Dirty towels in wardrobe, flies in room, cigarette ash on the side table even though it was a nonsmoking room.
