Drinks in front of room 3 different times. Two police cars at different times…. They are in GREAT need of on site security staff to keep riff raff out of hotel and away from client room…. Maybe a BIG fence surrounding the hotel property…they have a major problem in that specific area.

Property was convenient, close to highway out of Prince Albert Sask. shopping areas were near the hotel. Cons were street people gathering around the area, leaving garbage in the parking lot and outside lower floor rooms. Felt somewhat unsafe One more point, the breakfast was good, and the lady in charge was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived to hotel and checked in. Went up to room. where we had to wait for room to be cleaned. Check in was at 3 we arrived shortly after 5. I asked if there was another room . Was told we could wait. While waiting other customers came to complain about their room not cleaned in over 3 days. No apology nothing. Cleaning lady was nice

Credit goes to the breakfast staff. That was excellent. The front desk staff was also pleasant. However, the room cleaning schedule was utterly unacceptable. We had a two night stay. We left in the morning and returned that evening to our room and NOTHING in the room had been touched. The garbage not removed, beds not made, and no clean towels!!! On checking with the front desk there was only housekeeping services on Mondays and Thursdays and if we wanted housekeeping service we had to ask for it. Our mistake to think that was a routine expectation !! Our stay was Friday and Saturday so no housekeeping. The front desk staff did give us clean towels which we were thankful for. Before leaving we asked to speak to the manager but was told she wouldn’t be in till Monday. At the very least, I feel we should have been told that we would not be getting housekeeping services at the time we checked in. I hope Comfort Inn will change this policy for future clients as we were not pleased. Maxine CEMULINI
