SJ was fantastic, greeted us with great confidence and was an absolute pleasure. The room was fantastic, super spacious with a fully loaded kitchenette and elegant bathroom. Super deep, perfectly hot, tub. And nice cool down pool. Noticed as I fidgeted down the hallway that one of the emergency lights on the 4th floor wouldn't turn on. It was brought to the front desks attention, a picture of the identifier was taken and they seemed very concerned and I trust it was dealt with promptly. 5/5

Room was big, beds looked nice but were very soft and pillows too hard, nice tall shower good pressure. Room definitely wasnt cleaned very well. Booked the room for the hot tub and found out the hot tub wasnt even open I would have booked somewhere else. Enjoyed that could park in front or back however parking spots incredably small for a truck. Paid alot with no access to hot tub.

We had a king room. The room was well used and needed to be updated. Furniture is all scratched and wasn’t that clean. Areas where paint is peeling and base boards are all baffed. The shower handle was basically broken and it took at least 5 mins to get hot water. Couldn’t get full pressure. Probably the most disturbing was the floor and room vibration at times. It felt like an earthquake! We would have asked changed rooms but we checked in late and were tired. These concerns were mentioned to staff at check out and we were told there was a foundation issue with the building that was supposedly fixed? Scary! Staff offered an apology and points on their membership card if we singed up. No thanks. Will not be staying here again!

Room was not cleaned and beds were just made and not changed between guests. We complained and they did nothing, had to get beds changed at 9pm. Very poor considering supposed to be 4 star

Great stay, was a little disappointed that the hot tub was under maintenance, but also i wish we would have been told that it would be ready our second night. I found out too late and i cannot go into the pool due to my knee Overall, i am a Sandman fan
