Terrible Experience
Had a reserved room. At check in they could not find a room for me. As I was in a hurry to keep a dinner appointment I was quite mad. When the clerk called what I believed to be a manager in to help, they communicated in a different language so I did not understand what was exactly going on. Manager left and the clerk kept repeating he was sorry and it wasn't my fault. I knew it wasn't my fault - I had the reservation in my hand! Ten minutes later he had to go back and find the manager and the two of them did the exact same thing! I said I wanted to cancel the room but lo and behold they found me a room. Internet did not work. Never again.

The staff was amazing and helpful, I can not get over it. We had a hotel in Philadelphia Hilton garden in, we went to Halloween nights at eastern penitentiary and after that we went to hotel to relax, we had to park in a garages as the hotel doesn’t have parking, we went to the hotel and got completely ignored, the female Clerxk at the desk was talking to her coworker not to us, we were exhousted and were planing to visit phila and new hope, I asked her is anything wrong? Yes we don’t have room for you- excuse me what?!! It was overbooked you have no room, the only hotel which has rooms is days in. Ok great, we got our family and left. We still had to pay for parking. Because the parking attended who was on FaceTime with a naked women, told us that we stayed 16 min, and it’s over the allowed time of 10min. We decided to stay closed to Princeton and new hope and it brought us to that hotel. First when I walked in and found out there is no room with 2 queen I made reservation for, I thought I will cry, but that the receptionist made adjustment and accommodated all of us. We had a great night sleep and nice breakfast!!!! Thank you guys for understanding!!!!!!

The hotel was very nice but the breakfast was sub-par. There was no fruit or muffins and they had a hard time keeping the trays filled. Only one kind of yogurt, etc. It was ok but could have been a lot better. On the plus side, the room/suite was spacious and well-appointed, quiet, and they allow pets, which is huge. 4 stars.

Our rom was not ready on time. There were several people waiting. 2 people who were fussing were given free water bottles and apologies. This was done right in front of us. We were waiting the longest. We sat quietly waiting and were offered nothing. We looked forward to using the pool but it was closed.

Dirty and super cold pool! They lied to me!
Honestly I do not like to rate places negatively, but I was so disappointed with my stay that I had to say something. Before booking this hotel, I called them directly and specifically asked about the indoor pool. I wanted to know if it was open and if the water was warm. They said yes. I only chose that hotel because of the warm Indoor Pool! And they affirmed that it was all good and heated. When we got there, not only the pool looked dirty, soapy, it was freezing cold! My 4 year old was so excited about going to the pool that he was disappointed and I felt horrible! Though one staff member was really nice and very apologetic, another one was not only rude but he disrespected my wife and I. I will not go into specifics as he apologized and seemed to really regret the way he addressed us, I’ll just leave it at that! Everything else was ok. The room was nice and the kitchen was good. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was good. I will no longer go that place ever again!

I found ants in one of the bathrooms. The breakfast only had pork sausage and not enough of options or seating for my family. The pool was extremely cold with way too much chloride. Two nieces lips turned purple after 30 minutes because the water was so cold in the pool.Their were some strange people walking back and forth through the halls all night.

Walls had dings, pillow was used with sweat stains, furniture was dusty and worn, desk lamp was broken, iron was broken. The employees were all very pleasant and friendly.
