Another Great Stay
A great stay at Hyatt Place Princeton! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well appointed, clean and decorated nicely. Great location on Rte 1 with shopping/restaurants nearby but set back enough from the highway that it was quiet. Only minor complaints are the computer system at the front desk seemed to take forever to check in and to buy concessions, and the eggs at breakfast are powdered and inedible. They can step up the food quality like a comparable Hampton Inn. Thanks for another great stay regardless.

The staff was very courteous checking in and checking out. Hotel smelled fresh at check in but when we got to the room had a musty odor. Also the rugs were not very clean they looked as though they needed to be shampooed other than that it was okay.

Hyatt Place is one of the best hotel that’s why I booked it here.But unfortunately the hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me.I end up calling Expedia and speaking to one of their agent name Alli for more than 2 hrs,waiting to relocate us to different hotel.After more than 2 hours she found a hotel finally she got it before 12 am.The inconvenience that it cause was unbearable.After travelling more than 8 hours from Canada we expected that we can check in and rest right away but no.My kids are crying and we’re hungry and exhausted but still patiently waiting until Allie find a new hotel to relocate us.Allie confirmed that she got a hotel for us and I don’t need to worry to pay for anything for the new hotel because Expedia will cover it.Allie helped was much appreciated but charging me for two reservations after our struggles to check in was unacceptable.I demand for my refund for these reservations they charged me for two hotel in 1 night.it’s really ruin our vacation my son’s 10th birthday.this trip was Chaos

This is a very nice property. The staff are friendly and helpful, it’s small enough to never feel crowded, the included breakfast was very good, the area was cleaned and replenished regularly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it as a very nice hotel at an acceptable price for Princeton, which is understandably expensive.

Was very excited to bring our granddaughter there for a visit. The pool area looked beautiful. When we got there I was informed that the pool was closed. They said that it was closed for a long time and that they had informed you it was closed. You never change the description of the property and still had old photos showing the pool. The staff were very helpful in trying to find us another hotel to stay at. One of the staff, a nice young woman with dark hair was on her phone locating beaches we could go to, none really close. She when above and beyond expectations in trying to help us. We did end up staying and had a good time over all.

Great place and space for the cost, especially in the Princeton area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Best part is the staff--- shoutout to Chris! All are great however They are friendly and devoted and always have a smile!
